Our Standard Shipping Policy includes a processing time between 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that processing times are not included in the delivery time. We suggest planning.
We usually arrange shipments from Monday to Saturday, except on Sundays and holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link when your order is shipped. Usually, the package will arrive within 3-10 working days, depending on your location.
If the address provided in your order is incomplete or inaccurate, or if there are unverified details, the order processing time may be delayed for 1-2 business days. Please make sure to check your order information thoroughly, especially your delivery address. Also, please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes. A detailed street address is required, and a phone number is needed in case the express company needs to contact you for delivery.
