Our Standard Shipping Policy includes a processing time between 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that processing times are not included in the delivery time. We suggest planning.
We usually arrange shipments from Monday to Saturday, except on Sundays and holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link when your order is shipped. Usually, the package will arrive within 3-10 working days, depending on your location.
If the address provided in your order is incomplete or inaccurate, or if there are unverified details, the order processing time may be delayed for 1-2 business days. Please make sure to check your order information thoroughly, especially your delivery address. Also, please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes. A detailed street address is required, and a phone number is needed in case the express company needs to contact you for delivery.
We use USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, and TNT Express for deliveries. The default shipping method is listed below, but please get in touch with our customer service if you wish to change to another shipping method.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct billing and shipping address is entered when placing an order. While we will try to accommodate any address or order change requests, we cannot guarantee them. If the address provided is incorrect, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges and no refund will be issued for abandoned or unclaimed shipments.
Once a package has been shipped, it cannot be stopped. If you wish to cancel the order, please contact us as soon as possible. If you contact us too late, you can return the package for a full refund upon receipt. For more information on our return policy, please click on the “Return Policy” link. Please note that we can only wait for the parcel to be returned to us. Once we have received it, we can either ship it to your correct address or issue a refund.
Regarding parcel tracking, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow several hours for the tracking number to update. If you encounter any issues with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly. Once the package has left our shipping location, you will need to contact the courier to resolve any issues.
If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages, we recommend having your package delivered to your work address to ensure safe receipt.

Special delivery instructions will not be displayed on the shipping label or package. If you have specific instructions, please contact your post office or postal staff directly. We are not responsible for delivery errors.
